Philips NA547/07 7.2L Multi-Function Steam Air Fryer

The Philips NA547/07 is a 5000 Series air fryer whose 7.2L basket comes with a steam function and the EasySlide rail, so you can choose air frying, steam-frying or steaming to suit the food.

In Philips tests cooking a whole chicken for 80 minutes, using steam and air frying together gave less burning or undercooking than air frying alone.

Steam mode cooks at a fixed 100°C, adding the right amount of steam without making food soggy. An external lab measured the vitamin C content of broccoli, and steam mode retained up to 87%.

After the basket is pulled out along the rail it stays upright and rests steadily on the track, reducing the risk of burns compared with putting a hot basket down on the counter.

RapidAir Plus technology circulates hot air for even results every time

Compared with Philips air fryers that use RapidAir, hot air circulates faster around and through the food. Fries have up to 90% less fat than with a conventional deep fryer.

The machine has a power of 2000W, the temperature can go as low as 40°C and the timer runs for up to 24 hours, which suits dehydrating and fermenting.

During cooking the machine beeps and flashes to remind you to shake the food.

Frequently used air fry, steam-fry or steam settings can be saved with the favourites function and selected directly next time. Press the keep-warm button before or during cooking and the machine switches to keep-warm automatically when cooking finishes.

SteamClean softens built-up grease in the basket

The programme takes 25 minutes, after which the basket is easier to clean. The new-generation ceramic coating is free of PFAS, non-stick and scratch-resistant, making everyday cleaning easy.

The water tank can be removed and taken off when the steam function is not in use, saving counter space; when the water level is low, the low water indicator reminds you to add water. The HomeID app offers more than 10,000 recipes designed for air fryers, and the number varies by region.
