1. General Terms
1.1 In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and the Fever Electrics Electronics Store Special Terms (as defined below) (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"), "Fever Electrics" refers to the business of "Fever Electrics," and "Customer" or "you" refers to any individual, organization, or company ordering goods or services from us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website (hereinafter referred to as the "E-Shop"). By using the E-Shop or any part thereof, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
1.2 We make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of products listed on our e-store are up to date. In the event of any discrepancies, the product's official website/manufacturer/distributor information shall prevail. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. We have the sole discretion to decide whether to accept all orders based on stock availability.
1.3 We will make every effort to ensure that the products listed on the e-store are in stock. If any product is unavailable to customers due to out-of-stock, we reserve the right to offer a substitute product of the same type and price.
1.4 All orders are subject to final confirmation, subject to the availability of the relevant goods. If we are unable to provide any ordered products or services, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the order.
2. User Registration
2.1 You must register online to become our user before you can order goods or services from the e-shop. When registering, you agree that:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information as requested;
- You must ensure that your username and password are kept safe;
- Only you or someone authorized by you may log in to the e-store using your username and password;
- We have the absolute discretion to reject any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.
2.2 If there are any changes to your registered information, you can log in to your account to update it to ensure that we can provide you with the latest information.
2.3 You must ensure that the information you fill in is correct. Fever Electrics is not responsible for any losses caused by any delays or problems in ordering and delivery due to incorrect information, and reserves the right to charge a handling fee incurred by the customer.
2.4 If your account has not been used for a certain period of time (currently 3 years), for your and our protection, we will deem your account no longer in use and will deactivate it. All points and/or e-vouchers in your account will also be cancelled (if applicable). If you wish to shop at the e-store again, you will need to apply for a new account.
3. Privacy Protection
3.1 To protect your personal data privacy rights, we ensure that our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong. 4. Payment Methods
4.1 The e-store accepts payment by credit card, debit card or other designated electronic payment methods as specified by us. The prices of all goods are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
4.2 All products ordered online are subject to our sole discretion and are subject to stock availability. You will receive a final purchase receipt for record keeping upon receipt of the products (either upon delivery or in-store pickup).
4.3 To provide a secure and reliable online shopping service, our e-store utilizes Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology for transactions. All personal information, including your credit card number, name, address, etc., is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet, preventing it from being read by unauthorized third parties. To review the security certificate information, right-click during checkout and select "Properties" and then "Certificate."
5. Others
5.1 Basis of Supply: We sell and ship products only to end consumers. We do not sell our products for resale. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are purchasing our products for purposes other than personal use, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.
5.2 Force Majeure: We will not be liable to users or any third party if we are unable to accurately provide the products or services you require due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, riots, war, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure, global pandemic, epidemic or any other circumstances beyond our control).
5.3 You may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our prior written consent.
5.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid or void, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
5.5 These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, understandings and agreements.
5.6 We reserve the right to amend, modify or supplement all or any of the terms and conditions at any time by notifying you in advance.
5.7 In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision. The Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the original Chinese version shall prevail.
5.8 These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and both you and we are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may amend and modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.
Fever Electrics Special Terms and Conditions (“Special Terms”)
These Special Terms and Conditions are in addition to the above Online Shopping Terms and Conditions and apply to your orders from the Electronics Store. In the event of any discrepancy, the Fever Electrics Electronics Store Special Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 The e-store accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, FPS, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
Note: When entering your credit card number, do not include spaces or dashes.
6.2 The store accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay HK, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus, PayMe, BOC Pay, FPS and bank transfer.
6.3 The e-store uses designated credit card purchase protection services (such as Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code) to provide peace of mind and security when using Visa and MasterCard cards for online purchases. These services use a unique personal password or security code to ensure that you are the only person authorized to use the card. You should use a valid credit card in your own name for online purchases.
6.4 If there are additional delivery and/or installation charges, these will be confirmed separately before you make payment.
6.5 You must collect/arrange for delivery and installation of the Products within 30 days of our acceptance of your order. If you fail to collect/arrange for delivery and installation within 30 days, any payment you have made will be forfeited and cannot be used to purchase/exchange other Products.
7. Ordering Instructions
7.1 The e-store only accepts orders for designated delivery billing addresses in Hong Kong, designated smart lockers in Hong Kong or self-collection orders at our Kowloon Bay store.
7.2 When you place an order with us, you agree to make a purchase request to Fever Electrics in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of your order, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order and confirm receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order if we are unable to provide any ordered product or service, due to payment issues with your credit card, or for any other reason. If we are unable to provide any of your ordered products or services, we will notify you via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
7.3 Once your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm the order with you within 24 hours after placing the order and notify you of the delivery/pickup date at the designated smart locker/store.
7.4 If the gift included with your order is sold out, we will notify you accordingly. You have the right to accept another gift we recommend, cancel your order, or continue to purchase the product.
8. Delivery Service (applicable to orders delivered to a designated delivery address)
8.1 For every purchase of HK$500 or above, you can enjoy free standard delivery service (excluding display products). If you choose a specific time slot for delivery, we may charge an additional fee.
8.2 If the amount of your purchase is less than HK$500, you can pay the additional delivery fee specified by us (the basic delivery fee is HK$50) and enjoy the delivery service to deliver the goods to the designated delivery address.
8.3 Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Additional charges apply to Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, Sai Kung and Clear Water Bay. Please refer to " Delivery Service " on this website for details of the delivery service arrangements.
8.4 Delivery service is not available to buildings under mandatory testing, quarantine centres, non-fixed addresses, restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, or locations where staircase access is not possible and access is via balconies. Delivery service is also not available to the following outlying islands: Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, or any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.
8.5 If the delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator, an additional service fee will be charged per floor (10 steps is considered one floor, and less than 10 steps is considered one floor, with an additional charge of $100-$150 per floor), excluding underground floors. Furthermore, if the village is inaccessible by vehicle and walking distance (over 100 meters) is required, an additional charge of $100-$150 will be charged. For particularly large items and other charges, the delivery driver will collect the payment in cash. Please refer to the "Delivery Services" section of this website for details of additional charges. If delivery is arranged by an agent, the additional charges will be determined by the agent.
8.6 Delivery service is available Monday to Saturday. Products in stock are generally shipped directly from our warehouse and are shipped within 96 hours of order confirmation. Delivery time is between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. For products shipped by distributors, delivery time is subject to the distributor's availability.
8.7 Once you have placed your order through the e-store and your order has been accepted, we will confirm the delivery time and date with you. However, if there is a delay in the bank's approval of your credit card payment, the delivery date may be adjusted accordingly. The delivery driver will notify you via WhatsApp or by phone before the goods arrive. Please check that the ordered goods are complete and confirm receipt by writing your name and signing on the delivery note.
8.8 All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times. Fever Electrics will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of any delay in delivery.
8.9 If you need to change the delivery/collection address, date and/or time, add additional items for delivery/collection, or change the items you have purchased, you must contact us at least 3 working days prior to delivery/collection via the method specified by the e-store to make arrangements. For details, please refer to the "Delivery and Collection Service" page of this Website.
8.10 Please note that if any Goods require installation, the cost of such installation is not included in the delivery service and related charges. Installation will be charged an additional fee.
8.11 If the delivery driver is unable to complete the delivery and signature for the goods at your registered delivery address due to security issues or other reasons, we reserve the right to recall the goods and re-arrange the delivery and charge you additional fees.
8.12 If the customer refuses to accept the goods without reasonable explanation, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee of 30% of the total order amount.
8.13 In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
9. Kowloon Bay Store Pickup Service (Applicable to orders that have chosen to pick up at the store)
9.1 There is no spending limit for the in-store pickup service. You can enjoy the in-store pickup service at any time for free.
9.2 Whether you have ordered or purchased products, you can choose to pick them up in-store.
9.3 Once you have placed an order through the e-store and it has been accepted by us, we will send a pick-up notification via WhatsApp to the phone number you provided when confirming your order. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information you have entered.
9.4 Please collect your purchased items within 7 days according to the pickup date notified via mobile phone message.
9.5 When you collect your order at our store, you can do so in person or through an authorized representative. When you collect your order, please show us your order details and the pickup instructions.
9.6 Once the order is confirmed and paid, you cannot change other colors, styles or products.
9.7 If you fail to collect the goods on the date and time specified in the mobile message, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees.
10. Exchanges and Refunds
10.1 Generally, we do not accept any requests for product exchanges or order cancellations. Any changes to models or products for personal reasons may be subject to a handling fee of 30% of the total order amount.
10.2 You must immediately check the goods you ordered for damage and completeness upon receipt (whether delivered or collected in person). If you discover that the style or quantity of the ordered product is incorrect, or if the packaging or appearance is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for follow-up.
10.3 All products will be deemed to be correct upon inspection or installation upon delivery and signature by you or your authorized representative. If any defect is found after delivery, the Company will not provide any replacement or refund.
10.4 If we agree that you are entitled to exchange a product but the product you are requesting to exchange is no longer available, we will refund the relevant amount to you.
10.5 Please present your original purchase receipt to us before accepting a product exchange.
10.6 We reserve the right to refuse to exchange received goods due to cosmetic defects or missing accessories. If the gift is damaged, we will arrange to resend it as soon as possible.
10.7 The exchanged product must be returned together with the complete packaging, recycling label (if applicable), accessories, instruction manual and any uncompleted warranty card.
10.8 The replacement product must be free of damage, loss and water damage.
10.9 Products that have been registered online for warranty or have been repaired cannot be replaced.
10.10 Goods must be returned together with any gifts included with the purchase, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.
10.11 Under special circumstances, after consultation with our Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will refund the amount of online purchases to the relevant payment account used by you or other methods agreed by you. The refund will take approximately 2-4 weeks.
10.12 For large-screen TVs (75 inches or larger), we recommend that you arrange a location inspection or ensure delivery is possible. Selecting "No Location Inspection Required" means you agree not to arrange a location inspection by the distributor and only to arrange for expedited delivery. Returns due to shipping issues will incur a 30% return fee.
11. About the 10-Day Replacement Policy (“Policy”)
11.1 When you or your designated recipient collects the ordered goods, you are responsible for inspecting the goods for defects and/or damage and for the completeness of the accessories. If the product style or quantity is incorrect, or if the packaging or appearance is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for follow-up.
11.2 If you discover that a product does not meet production standards within 10 days of receipt, we guarantee to replace it with an identical product. If the product is within the manufacturer's warranty, you are also covered by the distributor's warranty and can return the product to the manufacturer/distributor for repair.
11.3 Products to be replaced or refunded must be inspected by the distributor to confirm that the product quality does not meet production standards. Fever Electrics reserves the right to require the customer to inspect the product at the designated distributor’s repair center.
11.4 If any problem occurs with the product within 10 days of receipt, you must contact the manufacturer/agent for repairs.
11.5 In exceptional circumstances, after consultation with our Customer Service Department and with our consent, we will refund the amount involved in accordance with Clause 10.10 above.
11.6 This policy only applies to designated products and does not apply to Apple/Dyson/gift card products and non-refundable products.
11.7 This Policy does not apply to:
- Products that have been registered for warranty through the product supplier or distributor's website.
- Products that have been repaired.
- Products without Fever Electrics proof of purchase.
- I have a Fever Electrics shopping receipt but the product is missing.
- Any product exchange or refund requested based on personal preference.
- If the product is non-refundable, we will not accept the customer's refund request.
12. Other
12.1 We will retain ownership of the Products until the Customer has paid the full amount of the Products purchased. The relevant risks will be deemed to have passed to the Customer when the Products are delivered to the Customer.
12.2 We will not be liable for any loss of income (whether direct or indirect), profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your dealings with us under any circumstances.
