Philips HD2633/80 6L All-in-One DualPulse Smart Multicooker

The Philips HD2633/80 is a 3000 Series All-in-One multicooker with a 6L capacity. It pressure cooks with DualPulse technology and has 35 built-in presets, so one machine can handle everyday dishes, soups and rice.

DualPulse technology improves meat tenderness by 28%

Philips conventional multicookers (such as the HD2237) hold a steady pressure while cooking, whereas DualPulse alternates between high and low pressure to create a precise cooking curve that locks in flavour. In tenderness and moisture-loss tests on pork and chicken, tenderness improved by 28% and juice content by 13% compared with cooking on a conventional hob.

The time figures come from Philips in-house lab tests using red bean soup or beef, measured from the start of heating to full pressure release and compared with cooking until soft and fully done on a conventional hob.

35 presets covering pressure cooking, slow cooking, steaming and stir-frying

Cooking methods include pressure cooking, low-temperature slow cooking, steaming, simmering, stir-frying, yogurt, cake, jam, reheating and sauce reduction. The presets are grouped by beef and lamb, chicken and duck, spare ribs, seafood, root vegetables, beans and beef tendon, with separate soup, rice and congee settings; choose by ingredient and cooking method to get step-by-step guidance.

For manual settings, pressure cooking can be set to low or high pressure, and low-temperature slow cooking and stir-frying can be set to low or high temperature; two "My Favourites" shortcut keys can store frequently used programmes. A glass lid is also included for non-pressure programmes such as slow cooking and simmering.

Automatic pressure release with no need to turn a valve by hand

After pressure drops, the machine switches to keep-warm automatically; the light bar shows each stage from heating and building pressure to holding pressure and automatic pressure release, so you can follow cooking progress at any time.

If you forget to add an ingredient, press and hold the "Add Ingredients" button for 3 seconds and the machine will stop and release pressure. After adding food or stirring, close the lid and the programme resumes from where it paused, except for the rice and congee programmes.

Ceramic-coated inner pot free of PFAS, non-stick and scratch-resistant

The sealing ring and anti-clog cover on the lid can be removed for washing. The machine has a 13-point safety protection system for peace of mind while cooking.

The HomeID app provides more than 100 recipes and tips tailored to this multicooker, covering Asian, Middle Eastern and Western cuisines.
