Low-temperature espresso extraction brews ground coffee with a lower water temperature and a slower flow rate, bringing out the clean flavour of the beans.

For grinding, the 100% ceramic grinder grinds at low temperature without generating excess heat, preserving the flavour of the beans. The fineness has 12 levels, and you can also use ground coffee directly.

The colour touchscreen lists espresso, Americano, iced coffee, cappuccino, latte and hot water with icons, and hot water can also be used to make tea.
