AVIOT WA-J1 Tribrid Wireless Headphones

The AVIOT WA-J1 Tribrid wireless headphones use a Tribrid triple-hybrid driver on each side, made up of piezoelectric, planar and dynamic drivers, with adaptive hybrid noise cancelling and LDAC transmission, and play for up to about 140 hours continuously.

Inside each earcup, the WA-J1 has 1 piezoelectric driver, 1 planar driver and 1 dynamic driver, forming the Tribrid triple-hybrid driver.

The 3 drivers are arranged coaxially, which AVIOT says reduces phase difference and distortion between the drivers. The headphones also have 3D spatial audio, with the effect adjustable in 5 levels.

Adaptive noise cancelling with 4 microphones, adjusting strength to your surroundings

Adaptive hybrid noise cancelling is handled by 4 microphones, 2 feedforward and 2 feedback, and the noise cancelling strength adjusts automatically to your surroundings.

The headphones have a multifunction control dial. With the AVIOT Connect app, you can control noise cancelling, use a 10-band EQ, and use the headphone finder function.

LDAC wireless transmission, multipoint connection for 2 devices, and 3.5mm wired listening too

Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity supports the SBC, AAC and LDAC codecs, and multipoint connection can connect 2 devices at once.

A 3.5mm stereo cable is included in the package for wired listening with devices that have a 3.5mm jack. Calls are picked up by 1 ECM microphone.

Up to about 140 hours of playback, and 10 minutes of charging gives about 15 hours

The WA-J1 plays for up to about 140 hours continuously, and up to about 80 hours of calls.

A full charge over USB-C takes about 3 hours. Charging for 10 minutes before you head out gives up to about 15 hours of playback.
