Zeskit Optical Fiber is an optical fibre, Ultra High Speed certified HDMI cable with 48Gbps bandwidth, available in 10m, 15m and 20m lengths, suited to projectors or installations where the equipment is more than 7m from the display.

Long optical fibre runs, for projector and room-to-room installations

When a projector is mounted on the ceiling or at the other end of the living room, or the equipment and display are in two separate rooms, a long optical fibre cable can connect the equipment straight to the display. The cable is directional, with Source and Display printed on the connectors at either end. When installing, follow the arrow on the cable: connect the Source end to the computer, console or Blu-ray player, and the Display end to the TV or projector.

48Gbps bandwidth, supporting 4K120, 8K60 and eARC

Optical Fiber has passed the official HDMI Ultra High Speed certification. Users can scan the label on the packaging with the HDMI Cable Certification app to verify the brand, model and length. Certified cables must also pass low-EMI testing, which reduces interference with wireless devices such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth devices and phones.

When both the console or computer and the TV support these features, VRR follows the actual frame output, reducing lag, stutter and screen tearing; ALLM automatically switches the TV to game mode, with no need to go into the menu manually; QFT speeds up the transmission of each frame, reducing display latency.

When playing video, QMS switches instantly between refresh rates such as 24Hz and 60Hz, avoiding a black screen when a film starts or the format changes. Dynamic HDR adjusts brightness, contrast and colour gamut scene by scene or even frame by frame; both Dynamic HDR and Dolby Vision video can be sent over this cable. When an amplifier or soundbar supports eARC, the TV's audio can be sent back over the HDMI cable, including Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and uncompressed 7.1-channel audio.

Choose MAYA 8K for up to 7m, Cinema Plus for 4K60 equipment

MAYA 8K balances price and quality, comes in 8 lengths from 0.5m to 7m, and has CL3 in-wall rated lengths from 4m, making it easy to route cables through walls. For distances within 9m where the equipment only needs 4K60, Cinema Plus, which is High Speed rated, is an option, but it does not support eARC.
