Philips XW6264/11 6000 Series Cordless Wet & Dry Vacuum

The Philips XW6264/11 is a 6000 Series cordless wet and dry vacuum that vacuums and mops in one pass. Detach the handheld vacuum to clean sofas and mattresses as well. It suits homes with mostly hard flooring that also need to look after upholstery or have pets.

Patented AquaSpin brush at 2500 rpm: no need to vacuum before mopping

One high-speed brush vacuums and mops, handling dust, stains and liquid mess at the same time. The brush is made of soft microfibre, so it removes dirt while cleaning hard floors gently.

PowerCyclone Aqua with two water tanks: clean water throughout mopping

This wet-mopping centrifugal separation technology separates and locks away dirt and dirty water, so clean water keeps flowing through the brush and over the floor. Clean and dirty water are stored in a 450ml clean water tank and a 420ml dirty water tank. An indicator light comes on when the dirty water tank is full, making it easy to empty in time.

Automatic self-cleaning system: no need to clean the brush by hand

After each use, return the machine to the after-clean and storage station and press Auto-Clean. The system automatically removes water and dirt from the unit, so it is ready to pick up for next time. This step also helps reduce odours and limescale build-up.

3 cleaning modes for stubborn stains and leftover water on the floor

For everyday cleaning, normal wet mode is enough. For stubborn stains, switch to intense wet mode and push slowly over the stained area. Water absorption mode stops the water supply and increases suction to pick up leftover water on the floor, so switch to this mode before crossing a threshold.

Based on the normal vacuum and mop setting, one charge cleans up to 80 square metres of floor, with a run time of 25 minutes.

90 to 180 degree swivel, reaching under low furniture and close to skirting boards

The body pivots flexibly to reach under low furniture such as sofas and beds. When pushed along a skirting board, the nozzle cleans to within 2mm of the edge, so dirt along walls and under furniture bases is cleared as well.

Once the handheld vacuum is detached, fit the attachment that suits the area: the Motorized Mini Turbo Brush for soft surfaces such as mattresses and sofas; the Long crevice tool for narrow corners; and the 2in1 combination tool for window frames and curtains. With the tube and attachment removed, the handheld body can also clean stairs and shelves directly.

Wet dirt that pets bring in from outdoors can be cleaned directly with the vacuum and mop unit, while pet hair left on sofas and fabrics can be handled by the handheld vacuum.

Before you buy

• The vacuum and mop unit is for hard floors, except uncoated wooden floors and carpets. Use the handheld vacuum to clean carpets instead.
• The vacuum and mop unit measures width 250 x height 1100 x depth 230mm and weighs 4.5kg. The after-clean and storage station measures width 350 x height 1110 x depth 370mm.
• It uses a 21.6V lithium-ion battery with a charging time of about 6 hours. The vacuum and mop unit runs for 25 minutes in normal mode.
• The filters and microfibre brush should be replaced every 6 months. Replacement parts are wet-mop filter XV1770/10, vacuum filter XV1771/10 and brush XV1773/10.
• For automatic cleaning, the clean water tank can only be filled with plain water, not cleaning solution. Water added to the clean water tank must not exceed 50°C.
