Fever e-Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Fever e-Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
2. Fever e-Voucher is only available for online purchases.
3. The Fever e-Voucher will be sent to the registered email in the form of an electronic code.
4. Promotional codes and discount codes are not applicable to purchases Fever e-Voucher .
5. The e-Voucher promotional code must be entered during checkout. Orders completed without entering the code will not be accepted.
6. When you purchase any product at the e-store, use the Fever e-Voucher at checkout and it can be used as an equivalent amount.
7. Members will not receive points when purchasing Fever e-Vouchers . Members will receive points only after completing transactions using e-Vouchers (1 Fever Point for every $1 spent).
8. Fever e-Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired e-Voucher will not be reissued.
9. The e-voucher can be used an unlimited number of times until the balance is exhausted. If the order total is less than the e-voucher balance, the remaining balance will continue to be used in the next transaction.
10. More than one e-code may be used for each transaction to combine payments.
11. Fever e-Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. The e-code is only applicable to the account that purchased the e-Voucher and cannot be shared with other accounts.
13. The electronic code must be used during checkout. Orders completed without entering the electronic code will not be accepted.
14. If any suspicious transactions are found, Fever Electrics will cancel the relevant orders without further notice.
15. In case of any disputes, Fever Electrics reserves the right to make the final decision.

Physical Shopping Voucher

1. This voucher can be exchanged for products of equal value at Fever Electrics stores within the validity period.
2. This voucher can only be used once.
3. This coupon is not applicable to the Electrical Appliances Hot e-Shop online shopping platform.
4. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
5. This voucher will be deemed invalid if it is altered or damaged. Photocopies are invalid. The company only accepts the original copy of this voucher.
6. The Company is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Certificates.
7. If a gift certificate is stamped with "Terms and Conditions of Use", the gift certificate can only be used once per order and the value must be $1000.
8. In case of any disputes, Electric Heat reserves the right of final decision.
