The TV was delivered broken and after calling Hisense for a warranty repair the claim was declined and the quote from Hisense to replace was more than the TV was worth. We will not be purchasing anything from Fever again in the future.
Hi Micheal, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this must be and appreciate your feedback. Does you provide an open box video to the Hisense technican? The installation has been stated self-opening have to video the whole unboxing process for clarifying the demage issues.
There is 3 years warranty for quality, artificial issue does not included.
